Report Lost or Stolen Cards

If you suspect your card has been lost or stolen, call us immediately any time of day.  

You can also turn your debit card on and off using the Bank of Hillsboro mobile banking app or via online banking. You are in control 24/7 and can manage your card directly from your smart phone.

If you identify any fraudulent transactions, please contact us immediately. Remember, you do not have any liability for unauthorized transactions confirmed as part of a breach, provided that the transactions are reported within the required timeframe.

These other simple steps will help protect you:

  • In stores and at ATMs, always cover your card and PIN.
  • Watch for cell phone cameras, mirrors or other tools used to view cards and PINs.
  • Be careful about allowing cashiers to take your card out of sight.
  • When out-of-state, use your debit card for PIN-based transactions whenever possible. Signature-based transactions may be restricted in some cases.
